If I could rate this lower, I would; the product is fraudulent. My inexpensive glasses are clearer than this. Please do not waste your money on this item; it is ineffective and offers no benefits. While using this, I see a blur, whereas my affordable glasses from the medical store provide clear vision. I urge you to remove your ads online. I will be reporting this site to the relevant authorities to prevent others from being misled. They lack a return policy because all their products would surely be returned. Any positive reviews on their site are likely fabricated.
I loved receiving my handheld vision aid magnifier. I am looking at all kinds of things I’ve wanted to see up really close. It’s like having a mini microscope. I’m sending one to my granddaughter next to encourage her to look at all things a little closer. Great science aid too !
I ordered the device because I paint very small miniature (6mm) and they worked great the first time I used them. The second time they started out great, but then one of the 2 (very bright!) lamps started flickering, which was like painting to a strobe light. I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement set, complete, and said I could keep the first set for spare parts. I emailed back and said that was more than I expected, and John, the customer service guy who answered my email, said that's the way they wanted to do business, with customer satisfaction number one! I think they nail that objectve!
What a big help! I sew doll clothes and even with the best lighting, I sometimes can’t see the holes in the small vintage doll snaps I use. Makes the task go a lot faster and more accurately. So far I’ve only used as is. I need to put the head strap on for easier on and off.

I cannot believe this company's incredible customer service! These magnifiers are by far and away the best I have ever used. Light in weight, comfortable, two light settings and the best magnification i have seen. So when they broke I was gutted but love them enough to buy another pair. I emailed customer services to tell them my problem in the hope of informing their design team and they responded by sending me a brand new set. They have definitely made me a lifelong customer. They are so vital to the tiny cross stitch that I do. Absolute game changers.
I had an issue with the main unit and in the case is a manual card so I contacted vision aid who are in the USA I had contact back 2days later from John who asked for a few more bits of information he then ordered a new one to be sent to me he was so supportive so I would give him 5 starsThe unit is a god send if you are doing models as it has 5 different levels of magnification so you can see with great detail The light has two settings low and high and the glass can be moved close or away from your eyes The items are all housed in a great case to keep everything together I would recommend this to anyone who is a model enthusiast
