This company is honestly one of the most efficient and easy to deal with businesses I’ve ever come across. Once you’ve added your prescription, it remembers everything and re-ordering every three months as I do, is just an easy one click. if I order it in the evening, I very often get them delivered the next day and my granddaughter absolutely loves the sweetest that they added in to the box. It’s just easy I don’t have to think about it. I absolutely love the reminders that come through a couple of weeks before I’m due to order. it’s just very clear very consistent. Just brilliant 10 out of 10.

I ordered a few lenses to try and i thought they were dreadful. However, i have removed the previous review as i managed to use them and reordered quite a few more. so far so good. Apologies for the premature review. I will see how they go.

I have been purchasing my contact lenses from a certain provider for several years now. My lenses are consistently available and arrive promptly. The prices are excellent, and I even receive a complimentary packet of sweets with my order! I highly recommend this service.
The shipping was impressively fast. I typically order my contacts for next-day delivery. However, I was disappointed to find a bag of sweets included with each order. As a vegetarian, I am not pleased to receive products containing animal gelatin. I have reached out to request that they stop including these sweets, but my concern has not been addressed.

There were no updates for over a week, and when I checked, I was told it would arrive as planned. It didn’t, and I was informed later that they were still waiting for the manufacturer. Eventually, it shipped on Dec 8, but the next day it was returned due to an 'incomplete address,' which was incorrect since my address was accurate. They acknowledged the mistake but stated a refund could only be processed once the package was returned to them, with no option to resend. I had been waiting for those lenses for two weeks, and I’m concerned about future orders. I recommend avoiding this service unless you’re ordering popular lenses.
