This is a piece of junk! Do not buy. I am skeptical of this posting and other positive reviews, e.g. a facebook page setup just to say how great it is. I ordered on their web site which is confusing. Ended up with two! I threw both out. A month later I got charge of 19.99 for their "rewards" program. Trying to get that refunded.

Went to site to purchase. Got to page to order filled everything out pop up after pop up first had no way to say no to add in just a continue to purchase second 3 had no thanks button. Ended up with two orders. Pushed assistance given to machine then given to another machine waited telling it to cancel said would put me through to person waited on hold then machine hung up. Called back same routine. Machine said i would have an email showing cancelation had two for orders none for cancelation. ReportVery deceptive order process. Cant believe this product is legitimate with this business process.
I was told by the company support their product is American made. The Vita Knee Relieve comes packaged with the label as Fever Massage. There is no company identification, etc. It appears to be from China. I am a smaller person and this massage doesn’t even have a long enough Velcro strap to fit around my knee. If I return I will not get a full refund.

I tried this vita knee relieve massager for over a week and found no difference regarding the pain in my knee. When I sent email about return, I got nothing. Then I called them and found out that they charge 15% re-stocking fee on the top of what I have to pay for shipping. The bottom line, I do not recommend this product and the company will not give you full refund.
Product received from China has a different name on it - Fever Knee Massager instead of Vita Knee Relieve - and does not produce any warmth as advertised. Vibration works and numbers appear on attached control module but no warmth is ever generated. Straps are much too short to go around any adult knee. All packaging contains the Fever Knee Massager name and the Vita Knee Relieve product or company name is never mentioned. The package insert is not helpful and is written by someone who doesn't understand English - comically unintelligible.In order to return for promised money back you must provide the shipping receipt - but NO RECEIPT was included. Customer Service phone number is AI and hung up on me. Emails to the 2 different Support emails are not answered; Support is non-peopled and unhelpful and likely non-existant. Varying business addresses now make it look like I was scammed. Don't believe the review document at consumerlifetips.com because it is likely incentivized as part of the scam network.
