I believe this website definitely overcharge me but when I located the real New York vital statistic website they only charge me $10 for the Birth Certificate and this website charged me $94 plus another $30 had I went through with it

I'm extremely angry, this company is fake. spending $154.00 to get a birth certificate that I never received, I have sent multiple emails to their customer service department with no response. I just want my money back. This company offers no address or phone number for contact, only an email address that get the same automatic response saying a customer service representative will get back to you soon....after a week and 7 emails I'm still waiting. Has anyone actually received official documents from this company?? Dose anyone have the address or phone number?? This would be extremely helpful in my quest to get my money back.

This site is a scam. You think you are receiving your document you requested from them so you enter your payment info..after that it shows you all the steps you have to do. Its just a damn application. Than you have to send application or go into records office for actual certificate you are asking for. I could have just went to my city's record department at gotten my certicate. So thus site just charged me 94.00 for a application . Wth!! Scam scam scam

I don't think this website is legit. I only see 5 days worth of reviews here. I've tried multiple times to reach out to them to see if I can get a refund or why I still can't finish the paperwork or nobody's reviewed it.. literally could have drove to Colorado and picked up a new birth certificate by now. They were quick to charge me yet I can't get a hold of nobody and nobody will answer to my emails. I presume this is going to go nowhere either because all the responses are exactly the same. Good or bad on any of these reviews and it is very strange that there's only five days where the reviews here and the oldest ones are absolutely terrible. I truly believe we've all been scammed and I noticed on my bank's statement that it shows a reoccurring a payment not a one-time payment. I'm basically here just to warn people. I don't think they are what they are saying. In the reality is if you go to the actual government website, it doesn't cost near as much and you actually get your birth certificate and if you have a problem, there's somebody that will contact you immediately.

I totally fell for it. Paid double what the legitimate website charges thinking they would have my birth certificate sent to me quickly. (And the legitimate website has a very similar name so it's easy to fall for these guys.) All they actually do is help you fill out the form! That's it! The actual process of getting your birth certifiate is still left entirely up to you, including submitting the paperwork and paying the actual fees to the actual government agency after you have paid these guys....for nothing. And of course, when I immediately asked for a refund before receiving the product, no reply, crickets. Don't fall for it like I did.

This service is highly overpriced. They charged me about twice the price of VitalChek, which is the only officially authorized provider.

They also required me to upload a lot of personal documents and sensitive information. In contrast, VitalChek’s process is much simpler and does not require uploading documents, since they can verify records directly through their system.

I regret paying for this service. My application has not even been completed yet, and I am requesting a refund.
