they don't deserve one star

they don't deserve one star, never had a payment and kept looking for rewards there was never anything in there despite having done surveys. they take rewards away due to lack of activity because they don't send you enough surveys .avoid this company.

I would give them zero if I could

I would give them zero if I could. I have completed many surveys since joining in 2013 and have only received a measley sum of $20 AUD. When I recently wondered why no rewards, my account stated if I didn't complete a survey within 2 months, funds earnt would be cleared and I would receive a warning and notification to complete a survey to retain my $$ value. I ALWAYS complete surveys, and never receive any notifications. Give them a miss and join Pure Profile folks!

I have only claimed a reward on vivatic once in October 2017, and I did get the reward but judging by these comments, things have changed since then.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Abysmal company. Just hit the the £20 threshold after hours and hours of tasks and surveys, then blocked without warning nor explanation, for absolutely no reason. Attempted to contact them via email before posting a bad review but no answer from them. Clearly a scam, avoid at all costs.

Good all round panel

After two years of completing surveys for this panel I found that I could not log onto their site, I have sent numerous emails and customer service requests to them for which I have had no reply. After a few days the logon screen stated that my account had been blocked. On checking the information on the FAQ's it stated that there may have been fraudulent activity on my account. This is clearly an appalling way to treat an individual who has provided honest and thoughtful responses to surveys. I am considering demanding a subject access review to ensure that they will delete all my personal data appropriately as trust is clearly fundamentally destroyed.Edit: Matter above has now been resolved and I am receiving good quality customer support on the panel and many interesting/rewarding surveys to complete.

AVOID

AVOID! Account inexplicably closed today after wasting hours of completing surveys. After reading these other reviews looks like my emails will not be answered and my balance wiped.....GREAT

Closed my account suddenly not sure why have sent e mails to find out no one has come back to me not the thing that should happen as I have been with them for a while, there loss as well as mine, please treat us as humans not robots

My account was inexplicably closed as well on Tuesday. I had just over £47 in my account and had been expecting two sets of payments at the end of May, which I probably won't even receive now. I have sent 3 emails, all of which they've ignored, I've tried contacting them through Facebook, but they simply fail to respond. I'm shocked and appalled, I've been using them since 2012 and never encountered behaviour like this before. I keep checking their Facebook page to see what others are saying, and a few have mentioned their accounts being blocked. I suspect they've probably gone into liquidation and can't afford to pay us. I'm so annoyed and disgusted.
