I have always found Vivo to be super fantastic whenever I've bought for them. They have great pricing (often sales), great line of products and this week I bought a new Wet Brush and it arrived the next day!

Talk about trapping and pressuring clients Vivo. After looking at your website I was surprised to get a ph call from your pushy sales team offering a great "deal" of around $160 cut and colour/half head of foils. Arrived on day to be told it needed to be full head of foils and would be $400 -450. At check out $491.00 I nearly died at the price. You are bloody rude pushy rip offs and I regret ever looking on yr website. Would never recommend your salons

Julie at Vivo was amazing! She helped me out so quickly and was incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I went for hair cut at Upper Hutt Vivo. Firstly they refused me the color I wanted because as per the stylist what I booked is the full color and not what I wanted and my appointment is only for 30 mins and what I wanted was going to take more than that , which was really confusing as I booked the same way I booked last time. Such a waste of time. It’s better she didn’t color my hair as the hair cut is extremely bad. I told her to to take some length off and toDo some layers for volume. She didn’t even washed my hair, straightened them and chopped my waist length hair to straight shoulder length. Now my hair are way too short and no proper cut just bad bad cut with no structure at all.
My First time visiting Vivo Sylvia Park, and would recommend A+ - My balayage is stunning - I can't remember the stylists name but she was wonderful, and understood exactly what I was wanting. Will be returing there again next time Im in Auckland
