Charge Considerably More Than What You Are Quoted

Be aware when using VIVO Hair Services. Other salons are upfront about their haircut prices. It is either on their website or booking website. Not VIVO. Customer service told me that the price depends on which salon I am booked with. Then I chose a salon and described my hair and the type of cut I needed. I was quoted a price. After having the cut done I was charged nowhere near the price I was quoted - $49 more than the quote. Not listing a price is to their benefit. I feel I was scammed.
