Review Time
I ordered a tee-shirt and a sweater (around 100 euros) almost 2 moths ago. Never received the order, wrote to the customer service twice. They say they can't do anything because I did not payed an extra for the tacking service. I will never buy anything from them again!UPDATE: after letting know the customer service about this bad review, they sent me the products again. The package arrived very fast and the clothes are very nice and top quality.
I have had several items from this company and I agree with the reviews about the good quality of their garments. I've even ordered as gifts for others. The downside seems to come with when there is a problem with an order. I asked for an exchange for a pair of joggers (after reading on their website they don't do refunds as their orders are bespoke...I have since read their replies on here that say they do issue refunds) but on returning the garment to them they insisted they were so full of pet hair they wouldn't possibly be able to give them to anyone else as they appeared to have been worn. They had been worn - to try them on! I didn't recall pet hair on them when I packaged them up. I do have a cat but the photo they sent me they said was of "white dander", so not my cat's hair. They insisted their non refund/exchange policy is industry wide which is not the case, I have returned items to other companies with no issue before. To add to my annoyance, upon telling them I would never purchase from them again I was sent a £10 voucher towards another order in response! They returned the original joggers to me and when I opened them I initially thought they had sent me a new pair and not my original pair as there was nothing wrong with them.If you are confident you won't need a refund or exchange this company is fine. If you think you may need to then avoid. As someone else commented their customer service staff are very pleasant but they don't value your custom.
