Though we were promised a 2GB RAM for our website hosting, but in actual fact, we were only allocated 64MB for actual operations! As a result, our website is always experiencing service unavailability, despite many complaints. Though the customer service officer was very helpful, the company's service level for hosting is low.
I had many problems using the company's website to renew registration of a domain name. However I am giving 5 stars because of the persistence and politeness of two representatives who stayed with me in a chat until my problem was resolved.
