Although the CS agents are very helpful and pleasant to deal with the actual service from Voiden is pretty poor. They have disrupted my email service causing me to miss important emails and not be able to reply to deadlines. The company for some reason changes the settings and then restricts email access which then takes hours to get back online. Totally unacceptable and disrupting to my business.

The support person Prescy was very helpful and patient with my issues related to domain hosting webvalue and domain expiry. She liaised with Finance and Accounts team and assured they will send me an email with the resolution.
I've noticed a significant drop in the responsiveness and quality of support from Vodien's VPS team. Tickets are either replied to very slowly, or not at all, which is frustrating—especially when urgent issues are involved. I used to appreciate the reliable service, but lately, the support experience has become sloppy and unresponsive.I hope Vodien can look into this seriously and work on improving their customer support standards.Edited 18 Nov 2025:Our website has been down for about two hours, and we discovered that the hosting server is unresponsive. I contacted customer support immediately when the issue started, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I tried calling again to follow up, and I’ve been stuck in the call queue for around 20 minutes.
Extremely Disappointing Hosting and Customer Support ExperienceWe had a terrible experience with Vodien’s hosting service and customer support. Due to an outage on their end, all three of our websites went down. When they finally came back online, we discovered they had been reverted to previous versions without any notice.We contacted customer support, but unfortunately, the representative lacked the necessary technical knowledge. They incorrectly blamed Cloudflare DNS and insisted we pay a restoration fee, offering no real assistance.We clearly instructed Vodien to restore only two of the websites and not to touch the WordPress site, as we were actively updating it. They confirmed they would not restore the WordPress site. However, despite this assurance, they went ahead and restored it anyway—resulting in the complete loss of our recent updates.This has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and technical incompetence have made us seriously reconsider continuing with their services.
