Made the mistake of giving them my credit card details and they charged it four times by mistake with services from other domains, charged my for SSL certificate three times and never installed the update, my website was down for a whole week and I lost all the online sales. Still chasing them to get a refund on those fraudulent charges and it is impossible to get any support on their chat, email or phone. Stay away!
Vodien was great before it got bought over by another company. Now it's full of invoicing errors, backends full of broken features, missing data. I have spent so many countless errors fighting with customer service to sort things out. It used to be seamless but now I feel I have to micromanage my own accounts.
I have been submit my ticket to their support system, still haven't get any reply yet since last year.Just ignore my ticket and I haven't get any solution about my problem!Bad service! Never back again for their services!!I still remember last time their support really good but support team become really bad after their company acquisition by other hosting company.Hope you can maintain your support system.
