Contacted support regarding an SSL issue.I received two emails back that did not correctly answer my question and in fact, were confusing.It took a third email from me querying responses before I received a valuable response and in fact, identified something Support had incorrectly advised me.

Good Customer/Technical Help

So far, the response for technical help and clarifications have been forthcoming and helpful.Keep it up Vodien.p.s. Trustpilot: I don't think it is a good idea at all to make customers accept such a long terms and conditions and privacy policy - when you are the one soliciting for our comments and review. I would think twice next time about being helpful to comment if I'm subjected to your legalistic policy.
