This service is extremely misleading.I made what appeared to be a one-time micro-payment for a single transcription. At no point did I knowingly or clearly agree to a paid monthly subscription. There was no clear warning, no reminder email, and no notification that a “trial” had ended or that a large recurring charge was about to happen.Then suddenly, around £40 was charged to my card.I contacted support immediately, explained that I never intended to start a subscription, and asked for a refund. Support simply copied a generic response referring to their terms and refused to help, without addressing the lack of clear consent or notification.After reading other reviews here, it’s obvious this is not an isolated case. Many users describe the exact same pattern: small initial payment → silent conversion into a subscription → refund refusal.I’ve reported the charge to my bank and blocked the merchant. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful or avoid this service altogether.
This is sadly another post of their scam that’s already been escalated for investigation. Not sure how it’s legal to approve a subscription for users when they only purchased a product of 1 transcription and not subscribed, let alone not share with users they’ve an active subscription. Customer service hasn’t responded in a week, obvious scam, my bank will be certain to ensure you pay for not only the dispute but also more money on top. Scam, scam scam. So obvious, crooks.

Scam!!! Charged me 50p for one transcription, then, wannted to charge me £39 for subscription without even mentioning this is whats gonna happen. Luckily, my monzo have reported me to confim if this is legit, and i recognised it is not. I went to search to cancel the subscription and there is literaly no way you can do that. I was using gemini Live to also help me navigate throught cancelation, and Ai coudnt help me with that. When you press cancel subscription button it takes you to the subscription portal, to choose which subscription you want and asking for your bank details. Nowhere on the entire website is not showing which subscription you have in a first place. However, there is a massive button, offering delite account, and please, do not do that as that wont cancel your subscription, but will make imposible to stop it and you will have to deal with your bank with this while they keep on taking money from your bank account.
Poor quality transcription from a good quality dictaphone/ mic recording, made up words and even entire sentences not present and ran on with imaginary sentences at the end. Luckily, I didn't get caught by the "scam" charge as others refer to, but those reviews are accurate in that the suggestion upon purchase is that its a one of payment, the small print is very well hidden.
