This is the worst company and if you ever paid for a subscription the refuse let you cancel. We have cancelled for last 7 months and they keep charging us. We have had to report fraud on our account

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience - I regret not reading reviews first. The camera started well, but now it requires updates that make you watch long ads before accessing it. Today, access was completely restricted. Without a paid subscription, you can only view recordings for 30 seconds daily. No response from the support team. I did not receive what I expected. I will be returning it.

Unbelievably poor service

Unbelievably poor service - I wish I had checked reviews before buying. The camera started off decent, but now mandatory software updates force you to watch lengthy ads before accessing your own device. Today, they even cut off access completely. Unless you pay for a cloud subscription, you can only view your camera or recordings for 30 seconds daily. No response from the support team. I did not get what I paid for. I will be returning it.

Never purchase from this company. They won’t let you cancel your subscription and will charge you repeatedly. Even if you cancel your card, they will continue to charge you.

DO NOT use this brand unless you want to waste time watching pointless ads before seeing your security cameras! All my cameras are being replaced with superior alternatives that don’t have ads.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS COMPANY, FIND A MORE TRUSTWORTHY OPTION! We have two cameras, and had I known this service would be so terrible, I would never have bought them! Before viewing, we are forced to endure long ads that don’t disappear. If you try to skip or dismiss them, you are redirected to a subscription page! They are trying to push you into buying cloud storage. I will be discarding these cameras and purchasing ones that don’t rely on cloud services. This company targets vulnerable customers and is only interested in profits. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Customer service is terrible.

Customer service is terrible. I recently tried to inquire about auto-renewal for their inadequate services, which charged over $70.00 for renewal, and I found no option to cancel payments. They take money without notifying customers. I refuse to wait all day to talk to an agent, and my emails to customer service have gone unanswered. This is not how to treat customers, and they are profiting from a substandard service.
