There is nowhere on th App to cancel services, i have tried several phone numbers and emails to cancel. I never agreed to anything past the trial, i never received any emails warning me about a subscription, now i have to jump through hoops with my card because no one responsible for this damn app will respond to me and cancel this membership!!!
This app is a complete scam. They trick you into thinking it’s a one-time purchase, then silently shove you into a subscription.No email.No warning.No notification that your “trial” magically ended.Then boom …£40 gone. What a joke. Even ChatGPT doesn’t rob people like this.Reported it and blocked it from my card.
The transcription is one of the poorest I have seen so far. Their AI that helps transcribing is most probably poorly trained. On top they are baiting you into a monthly subscription. Unseres should be really carful. I recommend using another software instead.
Wish I'd checked the reviews. Charged me 50p, no receipt. The transcript only transcribed the last 2 words of my recording. A few days later charged £39.95. I asked my bank to block as pending but they didn't. It says you can cancel through your account settings but you can't; it makes you delete your account which just means you can't log in. They haven't responded to the form that I submitted even though it says response within 24 hours. I had hoped they would cancel while the payment was still pending but they are making money from nothing.I was asked for more details - I have written twice on the form to cancel and it says a response within 24 hours but I have heard nothing.
Got scammed from this fraud company. I did one transaction for $1 on Jan 20th for single voice to text conversation last month and never signed up for any subscription or anything. Just straightforward $1 transaction, no terms and conditions, nothing accepted. I didn't even create an account for that one time use, i just fed my email. While I was reviewing my credit card stt today, I noticed there was a charge a week later (on jan 27) for $65 for a subscription I never signed up for. I have sent an email to this company and will be filing a dispute if they don't refund the amount. So much scam on the internet now a days, hard to trust anything. Very disappointed. Scammers like these are everywhere. Terrible people.
Hidden subscription trap.Beware! They lure you in with a small 0.50€ fee for a trial/ single use. Afterwards, they try to charge you 39.90€ for a subscription that was not clearly communicated. Luckily, my bank blocked the transaction immediately as fraud. Do not give them your credit card details!
