The shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. I had a query about the product, Marielle was onto it immediately. I then needed to change the specs of my order and again she sorted it without issue to make sure the right product arrived. When it did, the turbojet 3.0 exceeded my expectations. Power, battery life, result drying a car were all 10/10
These blowers/VortexHaus has been very well performed. The customer service is by far very good. I got my two warranty blowers from the two previous that faltered, very pleased with the response and the two replacements. Very prompt feedback and replacements. Thank you very much !!
It’s one thing if the units malfunction. But it’s another for the company to respond and get replacements prompt, and responsive And understanding ! I have many VortexHaus and yes, you’re going to have a few that will glitch and not last as long as maybe they should but that is life. Thank you !!

The company had great communication about shipment and delivery. The Vortez Haus leaf blower works GREAT!! Was able to blow out leaves in our backyard and in the rock garden. Even got rid of some of the snow that stuck around. It melted it and worked great!
I let a sweatshirt drawstring get sucked into my brand new unit which shattered many of the fan blades. I reached out to support and Diane was fantastic and is shipping me a replacement fan blade and responded within minutes on multiple back and forth emails. Enjoying the product but the support is even better which I find can be very hit and miss these days with many retailers.
At first I didn’t receive the package even tho the delivery company said it was delivered. After further investigation my package was delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company.i reached out to vortex customer service and Diane was very responsive and quick to help- I. The end , I retrieved the package and the product is everything and more. Love it. Thank you for your help
Caution: This blower is priced at $200, but it does not include a battery or charger. It feels like just a piece of plastic. While it has decent power, you'll end up spending around $350 after purchasing a battery and charger. To make matters worse, chargers are not readily available, so you'll need to search for one yourself. It operates for only about 15 minutes on a single battery, making a second battery essential—bringing your total to approximately $450. Overall, it's not worth the investment.
Extremely professional from beginning to end. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly and helpfully via email. It's uncommon to receive such quick and kind responses these days. If I could use one blower in each hand, I would definitely order another from this seller!
I placed an order for a product on November 18, 2025, and as of December 9, 2025, it has yet to arrive. After weeks of back-and-forth with the service team, who assured me that "your order is fine and on its way" and "please be patient, USPS is overwhelmed this season," I received a concerning message from USPS today. They stated, "The package linked to this tracking number was found to have counterfeit postage and is now classified as Postal Service property under USPS regulations, meaning it will not be delivered. You are advised to reach out to the sender." This is quite unprecedented for me. I paid for the item, waited patiently, and now it has been seized by USPS due to counterfeit postage. Thank you for the experience!
