We appreciated the opportunity to message the client through the portal though we didn’t get a response back. The refund process was quick and painless and I appreciated the option to have the ISA follow up with the lead and try to revive again.
This is a service where you pay for a lead and if the lead doesn’t hire you, you are refunded. The actual lead gen part doesn’t work as multiple leads just don’t get back to you. It’s also very confusing whether the lead actually wants a listing agent or just wants advice to sell FSBO. There’s no way to communicate with them other than a clunky, awful dashboard. Customer service is great and when you follow up to get a refund, they refund you without any hassle. I wish the concept and dashboard made more sense. As it is now, it doesn’t work. Hopefully they will refine their services.
I gave Vossvio a try to see if it was really true about the refund process and had NO issues. I never heard from the client after claiming. Upon the date available for refund, I placed the request on my dashboard and had a confirmation within minutes. I would be happy to try again in the future.
So far I like this website, the leads seem authentic and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. I love that you can claim a lead and if they do not hire you or respond it is very easy to get your money back. As any realtor knows we spend a lot of our money on lead gen, and trying out new sources can be scary when you are using your own money. I have not had any luck with leads getting back to me after their initial request. I would love to see the website add a feature where you get a text message as soon as a request comes in so we can claim the lead fast and get better response times from prospects.
I like what seems to be promising leads and the fact that if the potential client doesn't respond, then you get a refund. Really wished the 2 leads I claimed were good, but once I connected, they went silent. I'm ready to work with serious sellers and buyers.
I paid Vossvio for the opportunity to respond to prospects that were listed on their website and the prospects did not respond to me. Vossvio's website has a refund tab that showed me on which dates I could request a refund according to their policy. When I was eligible for a refund, I requested it through the website. My eligible refund date was not on a business day. When I didn't see any confirmation of the refund, I reached out again - on the next business day - and received a confirmation email for each prospect. The confirmation email advises that processing could take an additional ten days. I saw a pending deposit in my bank account on the following day. The 30-day refund could actually take 42 days.
