Not Impressed. Beware

At first it was baI had a very disappointing experience with Vossvio. I purchased leads and have been trying to get a refund that was promised, but it has not been handled properly.I’ve reached out multiple times asking for updates, and each time I was told to wait another week or that a refund or Venmo payment was coming. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any refund or even a clear update on what’s going on.Communication has been especially frustrating. Michael from support initially responded but kept pushing timelines back, and now I’m no longer receiving any responses at all.At this point, I’m still waiting on my refund with no resolution. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I never signed up for marketing or leads from this company. For weeks I have been receiving multiple texts and emails, even though every time I hit unsubscribe, Vossvio continues to solicit. This company is very shady and unethical.

BEWARE

BEWARE - near constant spam texts and emails from Vossvio soliciting me with real estate leads, despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact List. Have clicked unsubscribe in their annoying emails numerous times, but the harassment continues!

I was impressed by Vossvio's customer service. I gave it a try and reached out to a prospect who did not respond. I let Vossvio know and they refunded me for that contact immediately. I would give them another try.

Rip Off

I paid for 2 leads at $25 each. They went nowhere so I notified vossvio after 7 days requesting a refund. No response. Reached out 2 more times to Support as well as replying to the original email with no response. I was ripped off, in spite of other reviews stating they received a refund. The phone number gives the rapid busy signal as if disconnected. UPDATE! Their reply was that they issued a refund and I can tell you that I definitely have not received a refund OR any communication about a refund as of 12/4/25.
