Worst purchase ever. The bag I received looked nothing like the photos completely different and very poor quality. Shipping took over 4 months, and the bag arrived wrinkled, damaged, and badly packaged. When I complained, customer service basically said “this is what it is.”Honestly, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Not recommended at all.🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡🥵🥵🥵
I ordered on October 23 and never received my order.The parcel was not delivered, the company gives no real updates, and keeps delaying for weeks.They even delete customer comments on Instagram.No delivery, no refund — very unreliable.
Warning!I bought a bag for €79, but the quality is really bad and it’s clearly a cheap Chinese product. I tried to return it starting October 30, but they kept delaying, and I still haven’t got my money back, even though their website says you can return products within 30 days. They clearly don’t follow their own rules, and their customer service is terrible. Think twice before buying!
Extremely, extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought a bag for €68, supposedly made of vegan leather. The bag is awful — plastic, chemical, and cheap. It was shipped from China. The quality is terrible and nothing like the photos. It looks very cheap. And when I asked for a refund, even though they guarantee a 30-day money-back policy, they told me I had to return it to China. Shipping from France costs between €50 and €100. After several emails back and forth, they offered me a partial refund. They refunded me a small amount, but honestly, it’s still not worth it. Be careful: this is a company in China, even though they claim to be based in the Netherlands. Their website is misleading. They are dishonest, and their bags are not worth it. The bag I bought is not worth more than €5. I paid €68 for it, supposedly on sale. Be very careful. All these nicely presented websites… I later found dozens of them with different names.
