I ordered the Ciara Vintage bag after seeing it online and wanted to share my genuine experience. The bag is made from vegan leather, which was clearly noted, and it is shipped internationally. Although delivery took a bit longer than I expected, it arrived well packaged.
The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was quick. Delivery went smoothly in around 7 days, and the bag arrived in perfect condition. Nice mailer and dust bag around it, giving it a premium feel. The bag did have a strange smell, but thanks to the fragrance card, it faded away after airing it out. You can tell a lot of care is taken with quality. No complaints—just a pleasant shopping experience.

I ordered a bag in December and received it in 2 weeks. The design was exactly wh at I was looking for and looked just like the photos. Like many new bags, it had a noticeable factory smell when it arrived, but after airing it out for a couple of days it completely disappeared. Also they add in this nice vovia fragrance cards which gives a great smell as wellWhen I contacted customer service with questions, they were transparent and very helpful. I’m happy with the style and the support I received.
I discovered Vovia Bags through a ad and decided to give it a try. Honestly, I’m glad I did. Ordering was straightforward, the checkout was smooth, and the bag arrived quicker than expected. The quality feels solid and exactly like shown online. No surprises, just a good experience from start to finish.
Ordered a Clara Vintage. Vegan leather (plastic), came from China not EU as marketed on website. The bags quality was questionable, but I gave it a go and used it perhaps 5 times before it broke. It won’t carry much and falls open as the clasp is not strong enough. The final straw was when the interior zipper broke meaning it was useless. You can’t return after 30 days and they won’t arrange a repair. So money down the drain. Customer service responses to a manufacturer fault were to offer 20% refund. It’s a great business model, market as a quality ethical brand, dropship cheap from China, no refunds when faulty,no way to repair or return, only offer 20% partial refund. Customer exits frustrated, out of pocket. Company wins. Do not buy from this company, it’s cheap shite that will break and you have no way of returning or getting refund.
Please don't buy nothing from this website!!I bought a bag on the 24th Novembro and I received it yesterday (11/12)!I spent 68 pounds for a bag that looks cheap(supposted to be leather) and smells like fish!!When I sent an email to request my refund they said that the refund is not for free and could cost me 50 dollars or more because I had to send the bag to China when I received it from Netherlands!!!!!They suggested that I should keep the bag( that i don't want) and they could give me 20% of the amount that I paid that would be 13 pounds!!!!!!I was really surprised and totally disappointed with this email because this is the first time I heard something like this!!!I have the right for my refund as it is stated on the refund Policy!!!I spoke to my bank and they will give me the amount that I paid!This is so ridiculous please don't buy anything from this shop!!
