Jay & Jack went above and beyond the call of duty during my recent garage roof and door replacement from inaccessible route to garage meaning they had to carry all items from their van and old roof (asbestos)and door wearing full PPE back to the van, cutting down overhanging tree branches and dealing politely with nosey neighbour, they kept me informed on every aspect of the job and carried out a first class installation followed by a thorough handover of the operation of the garage door and future maintenance, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I would have no hesitation in booking V.S.F again 100%. Communication was excellent from booking to completion. The whole team were very professional and polite throughout. The installer did not stop all day until the garage roof was completed. He was very particular about his work being completed to a very high standard and you cannot fault his work ethic at all. Luke even found a way of adding guttering in a very tight space and was determined to do so! I even had a visit a few days later from V.S.F quality service to check there was no problems and the work had been completed correctly. Of course there were no problems. All aftercare paperwork received, including safe removal of asbestos certificate. Thank you all very much.
At each stage things were well done.People were very friendly.The worked well but did leave some nuts and bolts and screws and cigarette ends lying about and didn't take my old drain piping. Since the work looks good, this takes a back seat.
Jay and Jack arrived on time , carried out a thoroughly professional refurbishment of my garage roof and new door. Kept me informed all the way through the job and cleared away all the rubbish. Highly recommend this company and their fitters.
Very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Received a leaflet through the door and always a little bit wary of anything like that, but having read reviews and checking that the company were on the authorised asbestos removal register, we decided to go ahead. At no point were we disappointed- the surveyor arrived at the given time, we were promptly given a quote and date for removal of our old asbestos garage roof and installation of new. We were kept informed throughout the whole process and the fitters turned up at 7.30am on a Saturday morning as planned. What we expected to be an all day job, turned out to be a job which took only three and a half hours - we couldn't believe how hard and quickly the installers worked!Overall really happy with the final result and it has made such a difference to the appearance of our garage. We really can't thank everyone enough - if only more companies were like this!
Following a couple of initial issues VSF went above and beyond to rectify the issues. The issues resulted from the constructors who are sub contractors for the company. I feel they should be audited more thoroughly as their attitude and workmanship was not the best. Many thanks go to Shelly, Jay and lad, Jim the surveyor and Anthony for their professionalism.
