Friendly and helpful. From the first contact with Emma through to the completed installation by Jamie and Billy we received an efficient and stress free experience. The work involved to remove very old cold water tank and emmersion water heater and install a new cylinder system was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Definitely recommend to anyone requiring any plumbing installation.
I have never met a team so friendly polite and courteous .. first impressions really do count!Jamie and the rest of the team worked tirelessly from 8 am until 9pm to ensure the installation of the air source heat pump , radiators etc were all ready and working as quickly as possible A couple of small hiccups (as you would expect) which were quickly dealt with before I could even blink! Otherwise a massive job done to such a high standard! Emma - a big job coordinated in a fraction of the time ! Thank you for all your reassurances through brilliant communication too!If there were a million stars available i would give them all!Thank you to the Avengers of the trade! I have just had an ASHP installed my Jamie and Josh. Everyone in the team, including Emma and Quinton have been a pleasure to deal with. Jamie was punctual and respectful of my property, and even went the extra mile to explain how it all works with a handy video. Emma was very prompt in helping me after the install with a couple of questions I had too. It's made a big difference coming home to a cosy property thanks to the team, would not hesitate to recommend and will be using these guys again for any future works.
Jamie and Josh recently installed an air pump and I can't praise them enough. My home is small and the spaces to work in tight, yet they both did a great job and I am so pleased with the result. They're both easy to get on with, I never felt in the way and was almost sorry when the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.
