Pathetic experience with VsnapU. We had booked a photoshoot with them on 8th nov . It's been a month. We have still not received the pictures.they had promised to give them in a week's time. Since then I'm following up with them. They just keep on giving false promises that you will get the photos to tomorrow. But no one turns up. Please do not book any photoshoot with them.
Had a very bad experience with them, they suggest you package, then when asked for some discounts, they bargain and add some deliverables, and at the time of booking they say sorry we cannot provide these things committed to you, and they send you the original package deliverables and pricing. I was saved by their scam as i asked in writing via whatsapp/email before sending them advance and at that time i got to know they are scamming us. Think Twice Before You Book them. Entire team is involved in this scam process
Worst experience with Vsnapu. We booked a pre-birthday photoshoot for our baby's 1st birthday with them, my biggest mistake ever to choose them. They showed us some themes and at the time of shoot they said they do not have that particular theme available. They showed some other themes and we had no choice left so we agreed for that. Even after changing the theme they did not brought those setup props instead they used different props which were not looking good. We informed them that the backdrop was not the same, so they said they will edit it and make it perfect. It's been more than 20 days and I did not get the edited pictures as per expectation. They edited the picture so badly that the raw picture is looking better than that. Also they had mentioned at the time of booking that they will provide us a short cinematic video of 2-3 mins. That is also mentioned in the email I got from them after the booking confirmation. Still they made a 1.30 mins video that too is not good and when we asked to make it at least 2 mins then they are saying it is not possible as we do not have much clips.They hire photographers and videographers on contract. They do not have good knowledge of photography, their camera is also a very basic one which doesn't provide a quality picture.And the main thing when they want you to book the photoshoot from them they will keep calling you until you agree for it and after the shoot when they get the full amount they will not answer your calls and messages. You need to keep calling them again and again to get your edited pictures and videos.Please never book any photoshoot with them or else you will regret as we are regretting now.
We found out about vsnapu from social media. They were mentioned in a friend's vacation pictures. After seeing that we decided to book vsnapu for our next vacation. We booked shoot from them for our Istanbul trip and totally loved it. The photographers are very co-operative, knowledgeable and professional.
