I sent back a wig six weeks ago in excellent condition because the color didn't match what was shown online. I've reached out to the support team five times about my refund but haven't received any replies. This situation is truly frustrating and unfair.

This company is poorly managed, and the customer service is disgraceful. I never received my order, and they simply suggested I call the police as it might have been stolen during delivery. After that, they stopped responding to me completely. I advise against ordering from them.

The story of the JB brand originates from a touching chapter in our founder Silvia's childhood. Recalling those days, she shared, "When I moved to Italy with my family during middle school, I struggled to adapt to the new environment and school. With busy parents, loneliness became my companion. Jady Bailey, a fellow classmate, emerged as my confidante, always willing to talk and help me with my studies, eventually becoming my best friend. Unfortunately, a little over a year later, I noticed Jady's hair significantly thinning. Her radiant smile, which used to brighten her face, gradually faded. It turned out she had been diagnosed with cancer, requiring frequent chemotherapy that led to almost complete hair loss. Witnessing her silently weeping in front of the mirror deeply saddened me. This prompted me to make a significant decision—to save my pocket money to buy her a beautiful wig, helping her regain confidence and joy. However, I found it challenging to find a wig on the market that was both attractive and affordable. Meanwhile, in the process of searching for a suitable wig for Jady, I received the unfortunate news of her passing from school teachers. From that moment, a seed was planted in my young heart—to design beautiful, natural, and affordable wigs myself, allowing every woman who felt her hairstyle was imperfect to have gorgeous and stylish hair. Ten years after graduating from college, drawing on my experience and knowledge, I became a wig designer. Three years later, utilizing initial funds, I established my own wig brand, JB Extension. The letters 'J' and 'B' in the brand name are the initials of Jady's name, symbolizing my fond remembrance of her. I hope the brand conveys the original intention behind its creation—to empower everyone to face life's challenges with courage, thanks to the confidence that comes with having beautiful hair.
