I ordered the Chiffon Floral layered blouse in Wine for a wedding. I got concerned that I hadn’t received my order and couldn’t get shipment update. I sent email to customer service and that same day received a response from Lyn, also received my order that same day. Blouse fits and looks beautiful. So glad I decided to order this top. I ordered the Red Floral dress which turned up very quickly, it was beautiful the fabric is gorgeous. Unfortunately, I ordered a size too small for me & when I reached out to the girls, they couldn't have been more helpful.I'm now waiting for my replacement dress and I'm sure it will be exactly what I'm wanting.Thankyou :)
A great experience from Vvcloth; Although the dress I ordered from the UK wasn’t suitable for the occasion I wanted it for, Vvcloth offered several alternative options to put my order right. From returning the item, to reducing the price, to replacing with an alternative dress at no extra postage cost. I just paid the difference of the cost of the item.
