Great service and clothing. I was hesitant based on some reviews but my experience was great. I ordered 2 dresses, one was out of stock so they sent me an offer to purchase another with extra value or get a refund. The goods arrived in a couple of weeks and the quality is very good.
Overall my experience was great. I needed my order by a certain date. I ordered it just a few weeks before my event. I took a chance and ordered it anyway, hoping it would arrive in time. Half of my order arrived on time. The top I ordered was never shipped. I did correspond with customer service and they were very helpful and understanding. I issued a return on the pants and I canceled the top. They refunded my money immediately on the top, and offered me a 60% refund on the pants not to have the trouble to return it ( as shipping was at a cost to me) I took the offer and was also refunded immediately. I thought it was worth it, as I liked the pants. I would order from them again, but I would order way ahead of time.
It took more than a month to get half of my order. Still waiting on the rest with no communication on when I might receive it. I was planning on wearing to a wedding but that won’t be happening. The pants are poorly constructed and they were jammed into a package with a lot of wrinkles.
