I ordered something Dec 2025 & still awaiting it's arrival March 2026! Sent loads of emails and got several replies 'we hear you'.... 'thanks for reaching out' ....... No refund offered. Steer clear could be a scam!!!
Well purchased an item from them wished I had looked at reviews before buying not even going to try and return it after reading other reviews just going to take it on the chin and parking it as a bad experience and was completely taken for a fool the product was as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot never ever again stay miles away from this site toxic
I purchased a neck heating pad from vista health in May 2025. I used it 3 times over the next 3 months. I was only moderately satisfied with product. Then my daughter used it one night, and the device caused a 2nd degree burn on her neck/shoulder, burned a hole in her pillow, and the wires also melted. My neighbor who is a fireman looked at it then sent it to the fire marshal for further investigation where it is still under investigation. I requested to be fully reimbursed. I got a quick AI response saying I’d hear from customer service soon…2 weeks later I got an email saying we have no record of my invoice! I sent them a copy of it, along with photos of my daughter’s burns, melted heating paid that same day. I’ve sent 3 more emails and called 2 times( never got through)This product needs to be discontinued before someone else is harmed. Do not purchase anything from them! You won’t have any success with customer service, and you won’t get your money back, AND more importantly, you risk being harmed by this product!
Do not buy anything from this scam company they say 100% money gaurantee!!! No, they come back and give you the run around offer you 15%, 25% 30% and wanting pictures I have sent over 12 emails wanting my full refund and then they say said they dont give a return label and I have to send it to China and only giving me a 7 day return and if they dont receive it the ticket window will close and I have to request another ticket. SCAMMERS
I have no issue dealing with Chinese companies but I do when they pretend to be UK/US based. They even use Western names in their email. Nowhere on their website do they say they are Chinese based. So my issue is trying to return an item. You will go back and forth with them trying to give you a partial refund and then when you insist on sending the item back they give you a Chinese address. Nowhere on there site states this. In the end I had to raise a dispute with PayPal and they refunded my mother.Very underhanded practice. Avoid.
The product I received after waiting and waiting and chasing, was not the item I ordered or as advertised.Low quality, flimsy, tiny lead and no instructions. How could anyone possibly use on a body if it did do what it promised.Emailed immediately, back and to for over a week, still back and forth.Told me no returns lable, offered 15% and 30% off to keep it. ITS NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. I DON'T WANT IT.Alerted PayPal so hopefully they'll see the hassle this company protesting " zero risk, no hassle" has had me up against.DO NOT BOTHER ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL OR TRUTHFUL.
Do not buy from this company. I was stupid enough to buy a product which was such poor quality, I requested a return for a full refund. I initially received a reply asking for me to send photos of the faulty product. It wasn’t faulty, just poor quality! I’ve since sent further email but they are now ignoring them! Poor customer service if you can even call it that. Trading standards need to investigate this company! They are not fulfilling consumer rights laws! An absolute scam!!
Do not buy from this company they rip you off its false advertising i brought a item wanted to return as it was rubbish and get full refund they will only offer a 15% refund of the full cost of your item say you brought something for £29.99 this company will only refund you £4.49 you can email for a full refund but don't hold your breath
I am submitting on behalf of my wife Mrs Fauqia Aziz.In brief: Vystahealth are refusing to give me a full refund for the product I want to return unless I pay the return postage to China. In late May I purchased a bra from Vystahealth for £30.99 and when it arrived I immediately found it unsuitable for me. I phoned their customer service number 08081 648958 several times. It always asked me to leave a message, which I did, but no one ever got back to me.Then I contacted them by email on 10 June asking to return it. They offered me a 15% refund and I could keep the bra. I did not accept this. They then offered me a 30% refund to keep it or otherwise to send them a photo of the bra if I wanted to return it. I sent them photos of the bra and still asked for a full refund, and a return label. They said they don't offer return labels.They then offered me a free replacement, provided I paid them the shipping cost of £9.90. I rejected this. I don't want a replacement, and certainly not by paying them another £9.90.They then offered a 40% refund and keep the product or free replacement but pay its shipping cost.I rejected this. Their latest offer made on 25/06 is a 50% refund and keep the product, or return it from UK to China at my cost.This is how it stands today.I have said to them:"I only thank God that I didn't buy anything else from you. The time it is taking to simply return an item which was not fit for purpose. Hope I get my £30 back and not have to endure paying more to return your item."
