I had a mixed experience with this website.
On the positive side, the website itself is well-designed and professional. Product descriptions are detailed, and it’s helpful that they provide links to datasheets and original manufacturer websites. This gives a good initial impression and builds some level of trust.
However, the main issue lies with pricing accuracy and availability. The prices listed on the site are significantly lower than the market, and it even shows that rates were updated recently. This creates the expectation that the prices are current and reliable.
In reality, when you try to place an order, you’re often told that the item is not available or that the price has changed and the website hasn’t been updated. The difference is substantial — around 15–20% higher than the listed price. In some cases, the revised quotes are even above market rates (by 2–5% or several thousand rupees).
Additionally, stock availability seems inconsistent, which further complicates the buying process.
Given these discrepancies, and considering the number of fraud cases that occur in the e-commerce space in Pakistan, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. The gap between advertised and actual pricing raises concerns about transparency and reliability.
Overall, while the website presentation and product information are strong positives, the pricing transparency and stock reliability are major concerns. It gives the impression that the listed prices are more for attracting customers than reflecting actual selling rates.

The representative of w 11 stop decieved me with order of wd 40 lithium grease ( which I ordered on discount for 400 ml two bottles) saying 400 ml is not available, rather 440 ml is available for RS 2000/- each ..I said ok..But when I received order bottles were of 400 ml each for which w 11 stop over charged me 4300/- ..I complained , but as yet my over charged amount has not been reimbursed !!!
I purchased a LiPo battery on August 24, 2023. Battery was horribly swollen. I returned the battery and they promised to ship a new battery. Until now (October 30, 2023) they didn't ship the battery. Their customer support is pathetic and they will give you a date and you won't receive on that date, you'll call again, again a new date, again nothing. NOT RECOMMENDED
