It is clear that no one at this company has ever been on or indeed heard of a customer service course. The service offered to me was one of you are lucky we are serving you. The attitude to me was… we are so busy we don’t need you, so we will dictate when we do things and you just be quiet. A parochial operator who then penalise their customers who dare to complain with fitting dates far off into the future . Avoid at all costs.
I used Ruislip Appliances to replace my washing machine and dryer. The staff were very helpfull giving me a range of options at differnt prices with most available in stock and ready to go. delivery was fast and efficent with the old machines taken away by them as well!! Cheers Boys
Have been using Ruislip appliances for years and wouldn't go anywhere else locally. These guys have fitted at least 3 properties for me, excellent price, did exactly what they said they would, when they would. And again, this happened recently like clockwork.Highly recommend.
Brilliant service from Matt and Adam today taking out my old washing machine which was jammed under the countertop, following a flooring change. Matt managed to get out in under 30 seconds - so impressed! New machine installed quickly and efficiently. Superb service!
I bought an integrated dishwasher based on positive reviews about this shop. Using this shop’s graded system, I bought a reduced one because it was graded as having damaged packaging but nothing wrong with item. However, once the item was fitted, I noticed that the settings panel was scratched and damaged, I told the fitter (who didn’t seem bothered or interested) I asked him to take a photo of the damage before he left and so did I. I reported this issue to the shop and a very brusque man tried to dismiss me by saying that I had got it cheaper - but I confirmed that only the packaging was supposed to be damaged! They then admitted that the fitter should have checked it before taking it out and probably something fell on it in the shop but would only credit £20 back to me. The dishwasher appears to work ok but as a lone woman, this was an unpleasant experience for me and I would not trust them enough to use them again.
