Worst customer service. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Day after Christmas it's still not even in the same state as me. The company is a scam. Don't order. Emailed them several times they keep saying I will get it within 24 hours. They are seriously the worst.
Don’t use this Company. You won’t get your order. They’re from New Zealand. They don’t tell you that when you order it. I did not get my order and I got a message that it was delivered in my locked mailbox. It was NOT … that message was 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered it. They said 5-7 business days. My order was not cheap. Never again!!
I ordered $160 worth of product from this company on the 6th of December in hours it would get her for Christmas. They took my money on the 9th, still haven't received my order. They wanted me to download the Shop app to track my order, I did not. I finally did two days ago and still no tracking info. Left them a message on their gmail, still no reply. Do not send them your money!!!
Credit card charged same day as order placed instead of order shipment (most credible vendors only charge when shipped). In order to track shipment need to download Shop app which means getting inundated with ads. No way to contact vendor (no phone number, email address). Alleged tracking info said item delivered but my security cameras show no activity. Looks like a total scam to me.
The ad shows many different sizes and breeds of dogs gleefully wanting this you or playing with it. In my experience trying to get dogs (Bernese mountain dog, whippet, Yorkie, Chihuahua, Doberman) to play with it was impossible. None of these dogs would play with it. The toy is well made and functions as shown but it was a complete waste of money.I bought two as gifts and was very disappointed.
Ordered 4 balls, waited for weeks for them. All fell apart within 2 hours of receipt. We have several dogs and although they weren’t rough with them, they did not last. Our one dog almost swallowed the plastic pieces holding it together. I requested a refund and was declined. I was offered one upscale ball (I ordered 4) and that was all. They claimed they lost money during the holiday season and that is the reason for no refund. Would never order again from them!!!
