Updates:The Issue has been resolved by Peter. I recommend wakanow needs strong and high technology on website, app and following up messaging systems. Kindly just be patient with wakanow. Thanks Pls I booked flights for airpeace, keep getting messages every 30mins to make payments or fare will change, I made payments immediately I was booking with Barclays bank account. Nigeria thing is always problematic. God mercy
Several months after my review...throwing light on my more than horrible experience with wakanow ,I was contacted by their customer team . I shared details with them and documented evidence of what ensued . They apologised and promised to look into it only to get back to me with this message "Following our review of your complaint, we observed that the transaction was handled by our Ghana subsidiary and is therefore outside our direct scope, as we do not operate within the same market. However, we have escalated the matter to the relevant team in Ghana and will continue to follow up to ensure it is resolved." On the 12th of January 2026 . Till now no response , no follow up , nothing ! Hiw can such a company operate . How. Its a total scam !!
They are fast and the offers good services to there customers nation wide, very reliable ,,,,I used to be scared about booking flights from travel agencies but my first experience with Wakanow changed the whole mindset for me. They are reliable and have the best customer service.
