My husband and I each have our own walking pads and we love them! We would normally sit at our desks all day, but the walking pad has helped us get our much needed daily exercise. Recently, one of our remotes stopped working. We reached out to customer support and Anna helped us. Anna worked with us to troubleshoot and when that didn’t work, they offered to send us a new remote free of charge. Anna was prompt, professional and so helpful! Thank you so much Anna!

Unfortunately, the walking pad didn't even last a month before the belt started immediately moving off centre, catching on the side, and becoming dangerous to use. The supplier said I have to deal with Harvey Norman (where I purchased the WalkingPad), and Harvey Norman asked for more details and I haven't heard back for more than two weeks since providing them. I purchased this walking pad instead of cheaper ones online thinking it would be a higher quality. I am a single, disabled parent and low income earner - but thought this would be an investment that would support our health. But so far it was simply throwing away $700 that I couldn't afford. Overwhelmed and frustrated at this experience - how can they charge so much money for a faulty product and then not be responsive when you reach out about it?

I’m so grateful to have found a quality treadmill that is assembly-free, compactable, and serves the purpose I need it for! We live in Canada so walking outdoors isn’t always possible when it snows … this treadmill is perfect and I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family.

I ordered a product and received it with a faulty power cable. I had to provide video evidence for the team to recognize the issue. I bought this as a gift for my husband, and he likes everything about it except that there’s no place to store his water bottle. The support team provided helpful suggestions for third-party holders. It would be fantastic if this could be included as a standard feature in the future.
