Review Time
The sizing of the item is fundamentally inconsistent and unfit for purpose. I initially ordered a size 7, which was significantly oversized, and therefore requested an exchange. The replacement size 6 received was indistinguishable from the original size 7, indicating a clear discrepancy in the retailer’s sizing standards. This demonstrates a failure in quality control, rendering the product unsuitable for use.
And then you have the audacity to actually subject us a refund with deduction for postage…. How horrible
Got to say, for £25 (reduced from £85 in the Boxing Day Sale - now sold out) for a pair of the 'Sean Toe-Cap Boot' you can't really go wrong. These are my second pair of boots (previous are the Sean Low Hiking Boot) from Walk London and both seem well made and comfortable. I know it's hard to review something till it's had some regular wear and tear, but so far it's looking good.
