I received the video within twenty-four hours and watched it myself before sharing. It was truly magical, and the personal touches were wonderful. My grandson was thrilled and wanted to watch it repeatedly, captivated by being addressed by name and the interactive elements. I waited until the last moment to order two letters for my children and had never used this service before, so I was uncertain if they would arrive on time. However, they showed up today! They look fantastic in a bright shiny red envelope and truly helped maintain the magic for my kids! The video was delightful, but I'm relieved I didn't pay full price and got it for £4 through a deal. There's no way it justifies the full price of £7.99, or even £12.99 for the other version. It's a bit lengthy for my 2-year-old granddaughter; while it's very charming, it certainly feels overpriced without the discount.
