Main bilkul khush nahi hoon, quality kharab hai, na to shape achi hai na stitching. Jo tasveer dikhayi gayi thi, wo asal mein bilkul alag hai. Bahut afsos hai itne paise dene ke baad. Ab jab refund ki baat hai, to wo bhi nahi ho raha. Exchange ke liye rider ko aur 500 dene ki baat ki gayi hai. Aisi quality ke liye main 3500 kyun de rahi hoon, yeh kya hai?

Quality is disappointing

I'm really unhappy with the quality; the shape and stitching are both poor. The item looks completely different from the pictures, and I regret spending this amount. Now that I've requested a refund, it seems like that's not going to happen either. They mentioned an exchange, but I would have to pay an additional amount for such low quality. I'm already paying a significant amount, and this is unacceptable.

Unreliable company

I wanted to add to my review after the seller's response. Their reply shows a lack of professionalism in their business practices. There’s no mention in their return or shipping policies about the issues I faced. It seems they are suggesting that buying online from them is a mistake. If the measurements had been accurate, I would have received the correct shoes, but instead, they deflect blame onto the manufacturer. I've dealt with other companies that have excellent return policies. I don't need this company or their poor customer service. I had to spend extra to return shoes I never got to wear, and they won't refund my initial shipping costs. This is a poorly run business.

Received incorrect item

I ordered orthopedic sandals with a specific sole for €39.90 but received entirely different shoes. The sandals I got are not orthopedic and are the wrong type and size. I reached out to their support via email but received no response. This is a clear case of sending the wrong item and lack of customer service. I'm requesting a full refund and will dispute this with my payment provider and report them on review platforms. Be cautious with this seller!

Wrong size received

I received the incorrect size for my order of slides. When I contacted customer service for a return, there were no clear instructions. After several follow-up emails, I finally returned the slides, only to receive an email stating they were picked up from a location far from my area. It has been three weeks, and I still don’t have a date for when the correct slides will arrive. I ordered correctly, but the factory made the mistake. The only positive is that the slides are comfortable for walking.

Unhelpful staff and poor service

We bought a pair of shoes for our son based on professional advice, but they fell apart after just ten days. When we returned to the store, instead of an immediate exchange for the clearly faulty shoes, we were told we had to wait for a claim process. After several follow-ups, we finally got a replacement, but the staff was rude and dismissive throughout the process. It was unacceptable that our son had to wear faulty shoes for a week while we dealt with this. We are shocked by the poor attitude of the staff and will not be shopping here again.

If you're looking for running shoes, this is definitely the right place. The staff provides a professional fitting by observing your walk on a treadmill to find the perfect shoe for you. They allow you to try on various types to ensure the best fit. Plus, if the shoes don’t work out, you can return them for an exchange within 30 days. This is the only store I will visit for running shoes!
