We recently ordered a memorial for my late mother from Walsh Memorials and the service we received was first class. The ladies that we had contact with were compassionate and very knowledgeable, and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Finally, the finished memorial was completed and installed well ahead of time.

We cannot recommend Walsh Funeral services enough. When our daughter passed away suddenly, we contacted Walsh to arrange her funeral. Jess was brilliant from the start, advising what they could do for us and was brilliant at advising and helping with the arrangements, to being there on the day as part of the team. Tracey who led the procession on the day, could not have been any better. The route taken passed my daughters workplace where they stopped for a minute to allow her co-workers tp pay their respects. Such a moving touch. At the crematorium, all the ladies were fantastic and I could not fault then at all. Made us feel as comfortable as they could and were great with all the funeral party. Highly recommended.
The ladies didn’t just care for my dad they cared for the whole family, from the first meeting to goodbye at the funeral Walsh were amazing, caring and professional. they went above and beyond, nothing was to big of a question they made things happen. Thank You.

From the moment I walked into Walsh Memorials in West Bromwich I realised we was going to be treated with the utmost respect and kindness the staff, Carol Phillips who helped us choose a memorial for our Mom was very helpful and friendly they kept me up to date with all that was happening and the memorial was fixed in place sooner than anticipated, when we saw it we was overcome with emotion, it was beautiful. When our baby was born sleeping our world was shattered, we had never had to plan or even think about planning a funeral. Jessica was amazing and guided us through everything. She has been so helpful, patient and understanding, never rushing us for an answer and doing everything possible to make such an awful time as simple as possible for us. I couldn’t recommend Walsh’s more.
I just want to say a massive Thankyou to Jacob and the team for looking after my late husband. It was important to us as a family that we choose the right person to support us a family with having a special need’s child and look after there dad. We found Jacob on TikTok and we stalked him for a while back at the beginning but I wasn’t ready to have the conversation. When the time came to have the conversation Jacob was easy to talk to, honest and had the compassion and the family values that we wanted. He was great with the kids and answered any questions that they had honestly. My husband was keen to have all his ducks in a row to take away the stress from me when the time comes. When that time did come Jacob kept his promise and traveled over a hour, with a hole in his back after a operation to support us, as a family we didn’t feel no pressure from the team to move Chris, it was all on our terms from the moment Chris passed away, it was nice that kept it relaxed. I honestly can’t thankyou enough the compassion you have shown us from the start and even now after my husband has being cremated. You’ve made that much of an impact on that we have friends who have taken your details so you and your team can look after them.
We found them very helpful and sympathetic when advising on the various products and what would suit our needs the best. Always responded to our queries in a timely manner. We were absolutely delighted with the finished urn, we couldn’t believe what a difference it made, having the existing grave cleaned. A professional and thorough job.
