it took along time to recieve my order but when I got it I totally loved it, my sons Boston terrier past away Dec. 26th 2025 he was only 4yrs old I got him a memorial candle with Oscar's pic with wings he loved it well worth the wait thanks wander prints
I have sent about 20 emails over the past month, but received no response. The order was never delivered.
It seems this company has so many complaints that it cannot answer all of them.
Nov 12 placed an order. Nov. 29 received wrong item. Dec. 23 said it was corrected and ready to resend. Dec. 24 said it was delivered, it was not. Jan. 25 said it was lost in transit. Jan.26 said they would reship. Feb. 9 said it wasn't a custom photo product,I have the picture showing thst it is. Feb 9 i asked for a refund of 26.48 Feb 12 said I had to exchange for same value. Feb. 16 asked for a tumbler. Feb.19 they said I could only have the value of 16.95 the rest was for the tip and shipping. Feb 19 I asked for a refund of 26.48 I shouldn't have to pay for a tip and shipping on something I didn't receive. Still waiting for a response.
So I received ornaments that came broken. I took photos. I sent it to the company. They would not refund my money. They said they would give me a partial credit. I thought that was very unfair. Both ornaments must’ve been crushed during the delivery process and somehow it became my fault. Unfortunately, they have terrible customer service and I will not be ordering from them again.
I give it no stars. I purchased a mug and the image peeled off even though I only hand washed it. I contacted the company for help, but they couldn’t locate my order, even after I provided my credit card statement. Unfortunately, they would not stand behind their product. There are many companies that offer printed mugs—choose one with better quality and customer support. $30 is expensive for a mug that peels after minimal use.
DO NOT ORDER from Wander Prints. Our package was left on the ground and went missing from there. We tried many times to get a replacement without any luck. Sad part of it all is they did not try to make things right. It was negligent on their part. They use a sub-contracted carrier to deliver your package. We ended up ordering from another company. $50 down the drain and noting to show for it. Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.
Purchased a bracelet from them. It came defective so I contacted them to ask for a replacement (same item). They asked for photos of my mailing address and then offered a few dollars discount instead. They refused to replace the defective bracelet and they wouldn't honour their refund policy. I have a feeling they ask for he mailing address to close up any legal loose ends where you might say it's undelivered. The emails were slow as well. Wouldn't recommend and will never again patronise.
I ordered a shirt at the beginning of January. They printed it up and sent it out within a week. But it wasn't correct. They had misprinted the shirt. I contacted customer service and they had said they were going to provide me a replacement within five to seven business days, which was more than twice as long as it took to make the original shirt. I am 15 business days out, I can get no updates at all as to if this thing is even being made. Customer service is wildly unhelpful at this point in time. So if you decide to use this company, pray they make your item correct the first time because you will never receive a second one.
Poor customer service, takes days to a week for each response. Poor quality control, received a globe with crooked type to picture and customer service would not acknowledge or replace corrected item. I would not recommend this company.
I ordered a gift in October 2025, it is now the end of January 2026 and I have not received it still. Numerous emails sent to them requesting a refund with only 3 replies, all stating it’s being re-shipped. The level of customer service from Wanderprints is disgraceful. My advice would be to steer clear of them.
