Earlier today (date of this review), I received my watch back from WatchCheck and everything is excellent. Furthermore, I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and communications involved in having my watch serviced by WatchCheck. The entire process and result is perfection at its best.I will certainly use WatchCheck again whenever I need to have one of my watches serviced. Furthermore, it is my utmost recommendation to anyone who needs their watch serviced to use WatchCheck.
My girlfriend and I both had watches that needed a bit of attention.. her vintage Gucci and my Tudor Black Bay. WatchCheck took care of them beautifully. The service was top-notch, communication was clear, and both watches now feel brand new.

Not only did WatchCheck get it working, but they respected every detail I asked for.. I opted for no polishing as per the recommendation of their concierge team, just function on the movement. Very satisfied with the service.
