She clearly explained the situation, confirmed that further checks are being done with the warehouse, and reassured me that I would be updated once there is a definite answer about the correct stock. I appreciate that she didn’t rush the response and chose to double-check internally instead.

I’ve had a few issues with QC on some recent orders, but Karo has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Karo responded quickly, followed up with the warehouse, and made sure the refunds were processed properly.

In the order completions process, my confirmation was never issued which led to a little stress when money left my account. That said thee customer service was first class , Bella was super efficient in finding out what had happened and assured me that the order would be dispatched promptly, which it was!! Goods are now here and great as always and the team were fab in sorting out my problem. Cheers

After purchasing a few items from Castore online the process was very good. But the delivery company lost them somewhere along the line. I contacted Castore and a very competent member of staff called Mia sorted my issue out very quickly thank you.
I had an issue with my order where the items arrived with missing sponsor prints, and I was really disappointed at first. However, the customer service team handled the situation extremely well and professionally.
