Robbing scumbags how is this able to happen? Total scam. Never signed up for anything, yet can’t cancel it. There is no customer service and can’t get money back. Total joke.
This website an app is a total scam! I feel victim to the $.99 offer on Instagram only to then suddenly receive a message saying that I’ll be charged the extra $6 shortly! Which kid never mentioned at all!! (or if it did it was extremely in the fine print down below made to be missed easily.) then suddenly I got another charge for $29.80 that from reading other people‘s review is going to be a recurring charge. I’ve tried to contact a cancel this but it seems extremely difficult. I hope I don’t need to block my card or change my credit card.
Zero stars! Do not get duped! This is a scam. 29.99 a month as a hidden charge. My bad for not catching it sooner. Was able to cancel, I hope! Support can’t even tell me the app name I’m paying for. When I found it on my own, I am unable to even download it. It days ‘app not available’, so I’m paying for an app that I can’t even access! TOTAL SCAMUpdate 2/18: after going back and forth in email they were unable to tell me what app o was using. When they sent me links, they didn’t work. They finally ended up refunding me all 4 months I was charged and got email confirmation my “subscription” was canceled and I would no longer be charged. Watching closely still!
I would give zero stars if that were possible. I paid £6.99 for what was advertised as a discounted one-week trial. The payment went through, and I was then immediately charged an additional £19.99 twice without my consent.I contacted the company, and they attempted to claim that I had been offered a discounted purchase of two clock faces. This is completely false. I was not offered, shown, or asked to approve anything beyond the trial and there was no app downloaded. This is misleading and deceptive behaviour. I would strongly advise others not to sign up or provide payment details.
