This must have occurred during cleaning, yet the staff member did not mention it. I was puzzled by the repeated cleaning but didn't feel qualified to inquire. Now, we are facing an expensive repair. The staff member failed to inform me of any marks or residue on the sensor; I'm sure the in-store security footage would confirm this. He didn't even show me the sensor afterward.
