From my experience, this platform does not manage refunds adequately. I paid with a credit card, and everything went smoothly until I requested a refund due to a service issue. Instead of processing the refund, my account was banned, and I never received my money back. This experience makes it seem like requesting a refund jeopardizes your funds without proper support or explanation. Customer support ceased communication, and no attempts were made to resolve the issue. I strongly advise anyone considering this platform to exercise extreme caution, especially if expecting fair refund practices.
