Never disappointed with Watch Factory. Item, service and postal always first class. Ordered on a Sunday, it was here Wednesday and post tracked. Had a question on watch setup, sent 'contact us' email at night, first thing next morning a reply and plain English advices. Always come to this company for a watch. Thank you. I'm in Australia.

Quickly assisted me when I had trouble with a package being delivered to the wrong address and stolen. After emailing the support team they sent me a replacement for my stolen package and the person assisting me was very understanding. Best customer experience I’ve had with an online order.
