I reached out to them to see if it was possible to switch. John responded and gave us step by step instructions and kept us informed throught the entire process. Great customer service is hard to come by and he deserves 10 stars!!
I ordered necklaces that qualified for an additional gift, a Gold Cross Ring, along with a mystery gift. The estimated delivery was set just before Christmas; however, due to the 'Cross Ring' being out of stock, they delayed the shipment of the necklaces until the rings arrived. Consequently, the delivery was after Christmas. The necklaces matched what was displayed on the site.
However, upon receiving the 'Cross Ring', it did not resemble the image on their site; it appeared more like a '+' sign than a true Christian Cross. After I pointed this out, they measured the symbol and claimed one side was slightly longer, but the difference was minimal, making it look more like a '+' symbol. Their site clearly shows a Cross with a distinctly longer side. They deemed the matter resolved, leaving me with a ring that doesn't represent a cross. Additionally, I found out that despite the site claiming the entire KJV is on the Nano Chip, the Old Testament is in Hebrew, which is mentioned only at the bottom of the 'Certificate of Authentication'. It's disappointing when faith-based companies resort to misleading information. As for the mystery gift, it turned out to be a coupon discount for a future purchase, should I decide to make one.

This detail is mentioned in the product information, but it’s not easily noticeable as it’s in fine print. The typical chain length in the US is 18 inches, which feels somewhat unethical considering the target market.

I ordered a necklace that was claimed to arrive before Christmas, as advertised. By December 21st, I finally received a tracking number, only to discover it wouldn't arrive until the 30th. Nothing says “Merry Christmas” like a late present. I appreciate the need for honesty in advertising.
