The overall experience has greatly improved over the past two months! I’ve received my unit and the support team has been instrumental in resolving the delivery of my second item. I’m satisfied with the product and its results. I genuinely hope my experience will serve as a valuable lesson for the company, aiding them in enhancing the journey into consumer products that create rather than just consume.
I'm excited to share that I recently acquired a new mining device, and it has certainly been worth the wait. It took just about 5 minutes to get started with mining – I was watching the app as the satoshis began coming in. Although the pace was slow, it’s a consistent flow of satoshis. The influx never stops! Additionally, the device generates a steady source of warmth that I enjoy using to keep my hands warm. I've noticed my heat pump is running less frequently now. And to top it off, I’m converting electricity into heat while earning cryptocurrency! What an incredible time to be engaged in this!
At this point, my only feedback is about the waiting period. I made my purchase some time ago and was informed that my order would ship by the end of November. I followed up in December and now again in January. The responses to my emails have been rather vague, just offering reassurance that it’s on the way. In the end, I prefer to have more specific information. I’m eager to use the heater when it finally arrives. We shall see.
I have replaced 100% of the electric heaters in my home with these. They seem to be quality units and have held up to my standards on the few cold days I've had so far this year. I've had a few technical issues with them, some being my own fault, and their customer support has been outstanding!
They do what they say. How many other companies can you say that about? The products works and the support stands by you when you need it. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I wish they could make the price of BTC go up, unfortunately that’s not on them.
The Heatbit Trio is a cool little device for any hobbyist miner, especially if you live in a cold climate. The device is easy to set up and operate, the app shows detailed breakdown of energy use, hash rate, and air quality. It is the perfect way for an enthusiast to participate in the Bitcoin network. Also the customer service has been top notch, very quick to respond and have been able to remedy any issue I have had.
Plug and play heaters that mine Bitcoin. Insane that it took this long for someone to come out with this product. So far they have kept my house warm and earned me Bitcoin at the same time.Will it cover the electricity bill? Probably not entirely, but I’m more than happy to turn off my wall heaters, fire these Heatbits up and cover the cost in cash while I save the Sats.Excellent product for someone thinking about home mining and wants to dip their toes.So far I have 2 Heatbit Trios keeping my living room and family room at 70 degrees F mining at an average of 9.85 TH/s each.I plan to buy more.
