Review Time
Purchased a Rolex watch for my mom which is beautiful! However, the two bracelets I ordered w the watch literally look like they can fit a small child. They don’t fit and I get no response back as a replacement. Extremely upset and probably won’t order again.
Update: In the end they send me a new watch (after a lot of back and forth) and so far it is still running so fingers crossed 🤞 Unfortunately I have a bad experience with this company. After reading all these positive reviews and also after see positive reviews from influencers on TikTok I finally made the decision to order a watch and a bracelet for my husbands birthday. I was communicating via WhatsApp with someone and I specifically asked if it would be in time for his birthday. The answer was a solid yes. You can guess already what happened. Instead of the promised 10-15 days the order still wasn’t delivered after 3,5 weeks. After numerous messages and complaints from my side they finally gave in and resend the order on speed delivery. It arrived after days. Nice! So finally I was able to give my husband his birthday present. He loved it! In 2 weeks time he wanted to wear it for the 4th time but unfortunately the watch didn’t run anymore. He tried to wind it up but no luck. Also the date didn’t change anymore. So there went our luck! I messaged the company via the WhatsApp and send a video of the watch because they asked me to do that. This was exactly 1 weeks ago ago. Since then I receive a n answer every now and then but no solution no after sales no nothing. I am devastated because this was a special birthday for my husband. He loved the watch that he had to wait for for so long and now it is broken. The worst part is that they don’t give any response or solution or anything. Since 1 week ago I received a message saying: give us a few hours and a message that they will reply tomorrow.So before ordering, when you are a potential client you get immediate answers like speedy conzales but when there is something wrong it either takes a while for them to take action or they never respond anymore. Aftersales sucks and I spend a lot of money on a special birthday present but it doesn’t work. The bracelet is ok 👍 but definitely not worth all the money I spend (that was actually for a watch and a bracelet). I really hope they are going to solve it for my husband.
I was a bit nervous about buying a watch online , but what I have experienced is amazing customer care . The communication has been excellent from the start . It’s been a very positive experience. Best of all was when my watch arrived after 10 days and it’s purely amazing. The watch is super cool and exactly what I had envisioned. I have been wearing it since and I’m already thinking about my next watch . I can strongly recommend this company.
