I’ve bought a few items from Watchtrendz and it’s always been great. They communicate very well throughout the process and their items are high quality. I ordered a watch and had to take it to the jeweler to adjust the links and I got complimented. The jewelry is solid and looks amazing, in this last order they even sent me a gifted tennis bracelet 💜 definitely will continue ordering from them.
Don’t believe all the reviews and influencers. This seller is not honest. I purchased a few watches and jewelry. My issue is with the fact they told me the jewelry was gold plated and it turns out it’s mixed metals. They admitted to me after I asked a bunch of questions. Then changed their story. They refused to give me a refund and I’ve had to open a PP case. Buy at your own risk.
Everything was fast and smooth and my Bracelets are absolutely gorgeous. Package received in a timely manner. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to buy some more. Very patient with me and helpful and always responsive when communicating.
