big rip off.Photos on the webpage look amazing but the actual clothes I received were really thin material with the “look” printed on!!Pockets, buttons stitches all printed !!!! I mean who does that?????Complete order of more than $200 is throw away.They then stalled on the PayPal dispute process and got me through a technicality (case auto closed in 2 weeks and I went on holiday, so missed the deed line) so I got zero money back …. 100% scamSave yourselves the trouble …..

The delivery company do not answer the phone and rely on chat bots and tracking apps to track your order.No response from customer service email. Outdoor sunshade mountaineer, Ordered the cap at £9.43 and elected to pay via Paypal, it's only when I completed the transaction I noted a delivery charge of £11.43, more than the cap is worth, at this sort of delivery charge I would expect a 12 hour courier and not 7 day delivery.In my view not displaying the delivery charge up front smells of sharp practice.I cancelled the order via email immediately after noting the delivery charge, and wait with bated breath to see what happens.

Absolutely shocking quality clothing and customer service is none existent

I made a large order for my birthday feeling very excited I could not wait for my delivery, how very disappointing it was! The material of all my clothes is soooooo tacky! Cheap and nasty, polyester even my star jeans came and where stretchy tacky shiny leggings in reality, you get what you pay for with this site! Customer services is none existent, I also have 3 items missing and after sending a plethora of emails too which I have received NO REPLIES at all I just give up! I'll take the loss and leave an honest review. I never leave reviews for anyone online but I'm so disgusted by this company that I have been left no choice. AVOID AVOID AVOID quite possibly the worst online purchases I have ever made. Very dissatisfied, disappointing and feeling like I've been fleeced to boot.
