Review Time
I have over the last few months placed three orders, two of which were not a problem. However, the third has been an issue out of all proportion! They seem reluctant to take back the wrong order, instead they say keep it and offer a voucher. This sounds fine but to squeeze out of them the value of the voucher is another matter. Just a lot of emails going back and forth. I agreed in the end to accept a £10.00 voucher which I assumed would be put on my account, but no it wasn't honoured!
The items they advertise look great, that's NOT what you will be sent though. You will be sent cheap and nasty, poorly made rubbish. Paid with Paypal so hoping to get some recompense. AVOID these scammers, typical of Chinese sellers, offering a tiny portion of the cost as a refund to save you sending them back, they won't supply a return shipping address though. Do NOT waste your time, I was suckered and regret it. If I could do zero stars I would.
I purchased three items online 10 days ago and when they arrived the quality was atrocious. It’s cheap Chinese rubbish. The pictures on the site are completely misleading and I’m writing to make an official complaint to trading standards. Avoid like the plague!
Don’t waste your money seriously if you do,go through PayPal this is the biggest scamming firm I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with the items quality is so so poor and if your lucky when they can’t ship out what you ordered they will try it on by sending something I can only describe as a brown teddy bear hoody with ears on it,absolutely shocking customer service who try to get you drop your dispute with PayPal by saying they will credit your money back but what they don’t tell you is it’s credit on there website not your own bank ie PayPal do not fall for this and let PayPal get your money back or else your stuck with the dodgiest printed copy garment out there.
I bought what looked like and was advertised as a crinkle cotton pair of shorts. What I received was a pair of shorts that were €5 off any street market. The other items I bought are cheep and nasty. They will only re-fund me for the payment not the shipment so I am £20 out of pocket. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY LIJE I DID, THEY ARE NIT LIJE THEY APEAR
Today I received a package from wayrates) and one item was missing. Another item from the same package did arrived, but there is something wrong with the size, it looks like 10-11 years old kids' size, not adult. Beside that, the quality of the pants is horrible
