Do not buy from this company, Total scam. My delivery arrived today from China ( I thought it would be America) and the jacket i requested resembles something you would put down for a dogs bed. Does not resemble anything like the jacket i bought. Total scam and it just highlights the risk of buying off the internet.
Let me start by saying I have not made a purchase from this company. I wanted to order one pair of short cargo-style pants, look very good online. I figured at $45 not a lot to lose to try them out. If the quality is there then pretty good chance I'll order more product. Then I got to the order part about shipping costs. $20 for one pair of short pants. I sell items on Ebay and bulkier heavier items than this for less than half that rate. Also I make purchases from a first responder (I am) supplier online and shipping is considerably less. Decided not to make the purchase.
Hard for me to believe that I could not return the item for a full refund, when it was Wayrates who sent me the wrong size. Why should I have to pay for any of it, when it was 100% Wayrates fault. Wayrates should have given me 100% full credit and sent me the right-side for their mistake, but instead they decided to make up some excurse that I was not entitled to a 100% refund since they had to close down their US operation due to COVID-19. Will the whole world has been exposed to COVID-19 so that is no excuse for Wayrates horrible customer service. I would never buy from them again, nor should you!!
Purchased a jacket late January, took 4 weeks to arrive. Was not the item ordered, did not fit. Wanted to return and never got a response from this company. Had to negotiate with OrderPlus and PayPal. Lost everything and company I WILL never do business with again. Terribly Disappointing
Attention to every one who reads the please take my warning. This company if fronted out of the u.k. and the order/shipping facility is located in central china. As of monday march 15 2021 a federal investigation has been opened by U.S. federal trade commission, along with the united states postal inspectors office due to the amount of complaints of no products are ever shipped and no refunds returned. And yes Every positive review is done by a wayrates staff member/ employee.
I received jacket that was ordered in my size. However, when it arrived it is from China in Chinese sizes which are considerably smaller than North American sizes. When asked to return item, I was told I had to return it to China rather than Mississauga, Ontario. Unbelievable!
